T he Secretary of State shall report to the Commit- tees on Appropriations not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and every 180 days thereafter until Sep- tember 30, 2010, on the resolutions adopted in the United N ations H uman Rights Council. ATTENDANCE AT INTERNATIONAL CON F ERENCES SEC. 7053. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to send or otherwise pay for the attendance of more than 50 employees of agencies or departments of the United States G overnment who are stationed in the United States, at any single international conference occurring outside the United States, unless the Secretary of State reports to the Committees on Appropriations that such attendance is in the national interest: Provide d , That for purposes of this section the term ‘‘international conference’’ shall mean a conference attended by representatives of the United States Government and of foreign governments, international organizations, or nongovernmental organizations. RESTRICTIONS ON UNITED NATIONS DELEGATIONS SEC. 7054. None of the funds made available under title I ofthisActmaybeusedtopaye x penses for any United States delegation to any specialized agency, body, or commission of the United Nations if such commission is chaired or presided over by a country, the government of which the Secretary of State has determined, for purposes of section 6 ( j )(1) of the E xport Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C.
