$6,380,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That $19,300,000 is authorized to be appropriated for the 09–D–007 LANSCE Refurbishment, PED, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico: Provided further , That, of the amount appropriated in this paragraph, $22,836,000 shall be used for pro j ects specified in the table that appears under the heading ‘ ‘Congressionally Directed Weapons Activities Projects’’ in the text and table under this heading in the explanatory statement described in section 4 (in the matter preceding division A of this consolidated Act).
