UNITED STATES AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL For an additional amount for ‘‘Office of Inspector General’’ for necessary expenses for oversight of operations and programs in Afghanistan and Pakistan, $3,400,000, to remain available until September 30, 2013. For an additional amount for ‘‘Office of Inspector General’’ for necessary expenses for oversight of emergency relief, rehabilita- tion, and reconstruction aid, and other expenses related to Haiti following the earthquake of January 12, 2010, $4,500,000, to remain available until September 30, 2012: Provided, That up to $1,500,000 of the funds appropriated in this paragraph may be used to reimburse obligations incurred for the purposes provided herein prior to enactment of this Act. BILATERAL ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT GLOBAL HEALTH AND CHILD SURVIVAL For an additional amount for ‘‘Global Health and Child Sur- vival’’ for necessary expenses for pandemic preparedness and response, $45,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2011. INTERNATIONAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE For an additional amount for ‘‘International Disaster Assist- ance’’ for necessary expenses for emergency relief and rehabilitation, and other expenses related to Haiti following the earthquake of January 12, 2010, $460,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That funds appropriated in this paragraph may be used to reimburse obligations incurred for the purposes provided herein prior to enactment of this Act. ECONOMIC SUPPORT FUND (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) For an additional amount for ‘‘Economic Support Fund’’, $1,620,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2012, of which not less than $1,309,000,000 shall be made available for assistance for Afghanistan and not less than $259,000,000 shall be made available for assistance for Pakistan: Provided, That funds appropriated under this heading in this Act and in prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign oper- ations, and related programs that are made available for assistance for Afghanistan may be made available, after consultation with the Committees on Appropriations, for disarmament, demobilization
