Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Veterans’ Benefits Act of 2010’’. (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.—The table of contents for this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Short title; table of contents. Pat Tillman Veterans’ Scholarship Initiative. TITLE II—HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS MATTERS Sec. 201. Reauthorization of appropriations for Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program. Sec. 202. Homeless women veterans and homeless veterans with children re- integration grant program. Sec. 203. Specially Adapted Housing assistive technology grant program. Sec. 204.
