(o) CHAPTER 79.—Section 7903(a) is amended by striking ‘‘para- graph (2)’’ and inserting ‘‘paragraph (3)’’. (p) CHAPTER 81.—Chapter 81 is amended as follows: (1) In section 8111A(a)(2)(B)(ii)— (A) by striking ‘‘section 2811(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300hh –11(b))’’ and inserting ‘‘section 2812 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300hh)’’; and (B) by striking ‘‘paragraph (3)(A) of’’. (2) In section 8117(e)— (A) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘(42 U.S.C. 300hh– 11(b))’’ and inserting ‘‘(42 U.S.C. 300hh–11)’’; and (B) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘(42 U.S.C. 247d– 6(a))’’ and inserting ‘‘(42 U.S.C. 247d–6)’’.
