EXTENSION OF PROHIBITION ON INCREASES IN CERTAIN HEALTH CARE COSTS. (a) CHARGES UNDER CONTRACTS FOR MEDICAL CARE.—Section 1097(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘September 30, 2009’’ and inserting ‘‘September 30, 2011’’. (b) CHARGES FOR INPATIENT CARE.—Section 1086(b)(3) of such title is amended by striking ‘‘September 30, 2010’’ and inserting ‘‘September 30, 2011’’. SEC. 702. EXTENSION OF DEPENDENT COVERAGE UNDER THE TRICARE PROGRAM. (a) DEPENDENT COVERAGE.— (1) IN GENERAL.—Chapter 55 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section:
