And be it further enacted, That unless the said Atlantic and void, unless, &c. Pacific Railroad Company shall obtain bona fide subscriptions to the stock of said company to the amount of one million of dollars, with ten per centum paid, within two years after the passage of and approval of this act, it shall be null and void. Sec. 21.
