Long, widow of Jessee K. Long, late a private `in company E, twenty-eighth Kentucky volunteers, commencing June six, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Armovnn, July 27, 1868. CHAP. July 27, ms., Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- P°¤°i°¤ *° rior be, and ho is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension `umu R°°°°y' roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Rooney, late a member of company B, seventh Missouri cavalry, commencing April fourteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three.
