' eighteen hundred and sixty-six, entitled “An act to authorize the con- °l· ‘“’·P·2‘“· struction of certain bridges, and to establish them as post-roads," and that said corporation may have, hold, and enjoy all the rights, privileges, and franchises conferred by, and contained in, said last-mentioned act; and said company may construct and maintain ways for wagons, carriages, and for foot passengers, charging and receiving reasonable tolls therefor ; arid8i m*d°* and when said bridge is constructed under said limitations it shall be a PW `mll °’ lawful structure and be recognized and known as a post-route : Provided, Y*’°'*$°· That if said bridge shall he constructed as a drawhridge the spans of the draw shall not be less than two hundred feet in the clear on each side of the central point.
