E. Church, §°,g0,$:,t:ut§€ treasurer of the Battle Monument committee, fifty bronze guns captured West Point, from the rebels, to be used in the construction of a monument at West N' Y’ Point, New York, in memory of the officers and soldiers of the regular army who fell in the late war, and in the ornamentation of the grounds around said monument.
