ADDITIONAL ARTICLES July 7 and 30, To the Articles agreed upon between the Post- Qjjice of the United States L of America and the Post- Office of the United Kingdom of Great Britain S°°P°“¤ P' 8*1* and Ireland, for carrying into Execution the Convention of December fifteenth, one thousand eight hundred and jbrtg-eight. 4***% P- 787- IN pursuance of the power granted by Article XXI of the convention of December fifteenth, one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight, between the United States of America and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland to the two Post-Oiiices to settle the matters of detail, which are to be arranged -by mutual consent, for insuring the execution of the stipulations contained in the said convention, the undersigned, duly authorized for that purpose by their respective offices, have agreed upon the followine articles: —— Itxolnmge of ARTICLEUI.
