AUG.6& Snrr.10, 1864.831 \ ADDITIONAL ARTICLES To the Articles agreed upon between the Post- Office of the United States August 6 and nf America andthe Post- Office of the United Mngdom of Great Britain §§@;°ml’°” 1°· and Deland for carrying into Execution the Convention of Decem- ber the 15th, 1848. p` ` In pursuance of the power granted by Article XXI of the conven- 4¤¢¢.p· lf87- tion of December 15, 1848, between the United States of America and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, to the two Post-Oli fices to settle the matters of detail, which are to be arranged by mutual consent, for ensuring the execution of the stipulations contained in the said convention; the undersigned, duly authorized for that purpose by their respective offices, have agreed upon the following articles :— ARTICLE I.
