Appropriation of Sec. 2094. All sums that are or may be required to be paid, and all moneys to carry moneys that are or may be required to be invested by the treaties men- °“*l¤di*”*’“*l°”· tioned in the receding section, are appropriated in conformity to them, _9:Ia¤;l837,c. 1, and shall be dlfawn from the Treasury as otherpublic moneys are drawn S- 2.
