Bartlett, of Boston, known as the ilrm of Little, Brown and Company, or Umm spikes, dated the twenty-eighth day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, and all other contracts between the United States or any oflieer thereof with said nrm of Little, Brown and Company, respecting the printing or pub- . lication of the laws of the United Stal es, are hereby declared to be determined, pursuant to the powers therein reserved. That at the close of every session of Congress the Secretary Di¤¤il>¤ti<>_¤ 0f of State shall cause. to be distributed pamphlet copies of the acts and resolves of Congress for that session, edited and printed in the manner ` atoresaid, as follows : To the President and Vice President of the United States, two copies each; to each Senator, Representative, and Delegate in Congress, onewcopy; to the librarian of the Senate, for the use of Senators, one hundred and twentysix copies; to the librarian of the House, two hundred and fifty copies, for the use of the Representatives and Delegates; to the Library of Congress, fourteen copies; to the Department of State, including those for the use of legations and consulates, six hundred copies; to the Treasury Department, two hundred copies; to the War Department, including those for the use of officers of the Army, two hundred copies; to the- Navy Department, including. _ those for the use of officers of the Navy, one hundred copies; to the Departmentof the Interior, including those for the use of the surveyorsgeneral and registers and receivers of public land offices, two hundred and nfty copies; to the Post-Office Department, fifty copies; to the Vol. 18, pt. 3-8
