For fifth of thirty instalments, to~purchase such articles asmay be con idered proper by the Secretary of the Interior for persons roaming and for persons engaged in agriculture, two hundred thousand dollars. For pay of second blacksmith, and furnishing iron, steel, and other material, per eighth article of treaty of April twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, two thousand dollars. For this amount, to be expended in the purchase of beef, Hour, bacon, and sugar, in proportionate quantities, for thirty thousand persons , and for subsistence of the Yankton Sioux and.
