Ch. 34, 36. 1877. 225 CHAP. 34.-—An act making appropriation for the improvement and repair of the Ja.n.24,18'77. military road between Springfield and Fort Rendell in the Territory of Dakota. —-————-—————- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Oemgress assembled, Thet there be. and hereby is, Appropriation appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise eppro· f°‘ mlhmy ’°“· prieted, the sum of twenty tivo hundred dollars, to be expended by and under the direction and authority of the Secretary of Wzrr, for the improvement and repair of the military road lending from Sioux City, in the State of Iowa, to Fort Rendell, in the Territory of Dakota, the same to be expended between Springfield in said Territoryund Fort Randall.
