Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives at the United Paymenttaiohn States of America in Congress assembled, That the Paymaster General T· B“‘“°h°°*u· of the Army of the United States, out of any money in l1is hands for the payment of the Army, is hereby authorized and directed to pay to John T Burchell the sum of one hundred and thirtyfive dollars, the balance duo him for services rendered at the small-pox hospital at Knoxville, Tennessee, from December tenth. eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to January twelfth, eighteen hundred and sixty-fonr. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United PensiontoNancy States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ln- T¤'¤°· terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Nancy True, dependent mother of Samuel F. True, late lieutenant and quartermaster in the Fourteenth Regiment of Illinois Volunteers, to date from September nrst, eighteen hundred and seventy- five. SAMUEL S.
