Brown, late of Company C, Thirty-fourth Illinois Volunteers. Approved, May 25, 1878. CHAP. 119.-An act granting a pension to John Frey. May 25, 1878. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- J0h¤_Fr¤y- rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the P°“‘“°“ t°· pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pensionlaws, the name of John Frey, late a private in Company I, Thirtieth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a. pension from and after the passage of this act.
