States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- P“”S*°¤· rior be, andhe is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pensionroll, the name of Daniel Middough, dependent father upon Orlando F. Middough, late a private in Company C, of the Ninth Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, who died in the service, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. . Approved, March 3, 1879. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United J- HWY- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- P°“°“°“‘ rior be, and he is authorized and directed to place upon the pension rolls the name of John Haley, late of Company G, Fifteenth Regiment Michigan Vohmteer Infanty; but nothing in this act contained shall entitle the said John Haley to arrears of pension.
