States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- P¤¤¤1<>¤- rior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of Nathan A. Vilinters, late captain of Company K, Forty-foiirth Missouri Volunteers on the pension-roll of the United States, and to pay him such _ pension as his said rank of captain and degree of disability entitle him to receive, but nothing in this act contained shall entitle said Nathan A.
