Redemption. Sec. 2. The Treasurer or any assistant treasurer of the United States who may receive any coins under the provision of this act shall exchan e _ 3 the same in sums of twenty dollars, or any multiple thereof, for lawful money of the United States, on demand of any holder thereoil Legal tender..
