All sporting breechloading shot-guns, and pistols of all kinds, thirty- five per eentnm ad valorem. Forged shot-gun barrels, rough-bored., ten per centum ad valorem. ahloeedles for knitting or sewing machines, thirty-five per centum ad v rem. Needles, sewing, darning, knitting, and all others not specially enumerated or provided for in this act, twenty-five per centum ad valorem. But when lumber of any sort 18* planed or finished in addition to the rates herein provided, there shall be levied and paid for each side so planed or finished, fifty cents per one thousand feet, board measure.
