Bc it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- K‘**°,Q“miS**¤· terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P“““°“‘ pension roll, the name of Kate Quilligan, daughter of Patrick Quilligan, late of Company B, Fourth United States Cavalry, and to pay her a pension, through her legally constituted guardian, at the rate of eight dollars per month, during the insanity of said Kate Quilligan Approved, March 2, 1883. C‘;'g;’;’;5;f Randolph Mordecai, composing the commercial firm of Mordecai and ' Company, of Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of eight hundred and twenty- two dollars, out of any money in the Treasury not otshermse appropriated; which said sum was illegally collected from vessels owned by them by the collector of customs at Chayrlesbon, South Carolina.
