Ch. 38, 41, 43. 1885. 287 CHAP. 38.-An act to authorize the National Bank of Bloomington Illinois, to change Jan. 27, 1885. its name to the First National Bank of Bloomington. ———~—— Be it enacted by the Senate and House offbqiresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the name of the National National _ Bank, Bank of Bloomington, located at Bloomington, Illinois, shall be changed °*` Bl°°¤“¤K*°¤» to the First National Bank of Bloomington, whenever the board of g;mt° °h”g° directors of said bank shall accept the new name by resolutions of the ` board, and cause a copy of such resolutions, duly authenticated, to be filed with the Comptroller of the Currency: Provided, That such ac- p,·m,;w_ ceptance be made within six months after the passage of this act. SEO. 2. That all debts, demands, liabilities, rights, privileges, and Liabilities, etc,, powers of the National Bank of Bloomington, shall devolve upon and wt affectedinnre to the First National Bank of Bloomington whenever such change of name is eifected.
