CHAP. 84.-An act for the relief of Santiago de Leon. _ ‘ Be it enacted by the Senate and House.of Representatives of the United L $******8 ° d° States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of two thousand °§:,g6f of nine hundred and eighty-eight dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be paid to Santiago de Leon, of Victoria, Texas, in full compensation for certain mules, horses, and wagon-harness belonging to and taken from him, for the use of the Government, at Brownsville, Texas, on or about the thirty-first day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. CHAP. 85.-An not granting a pension to Patrick Horan _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ggufigi H°“°· States of America in Cengress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- ‘ terior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Patrick Horan, late a teamsterin the Quartermastefs Department of the United States Army, with the same rate of pension to which a private soldier would be entitled for like disabilities. Blinn _ Be it enacted by the Senate andHouseof Representatioes of the United States Henry Z- B1¤¤}¤· of America in Ocmgressassevnbled, Thatthe Secretary of War be, and he is °,£f;,‘{"m° °"’ hereby, authorized and directed to so amend the rolls of Company A, Fifth ’ Indiana Cavalry Volunteers, as to show Henry Z. Blirm a private in said Company from thefifth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty- two, until the fifth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and to grant said Henry Z. Blinn an honorable discharge, to date from Pi-cvisc. October fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: Provided, That said Henry Z. Blinn shall be considered as having been acting in obedience to orders and in the line of duty when wounded on the sixth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-two. Approved, June 12, 1884.
