Dunlap, late widow of the late Lieutenant Colonel James E. Dunlap, of the Twenty-niuth Illinois Infantry, to be paid from the date of the passage of this act. CHAP. 94.-An act granting a pension to William Huboson. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rqiresentatives of the United www H¤b°· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- '°';.‘ud“_ terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directedto place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Harbeson, of Beading, Pennsylvania, lab a private in Company G, Sixth Pennsylvania Cavalry. Approved, February 14th, 1885. Feb. 14, 185. CHAP. 95.-An act for the relief of Major W. W. Frybnrgcr. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ¥¤i°1‘W·W·F1'!· States of Americain Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- °"P§°‘m;m_ tenor be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to put Major W. W. Frybarger, of Connersville, Indiana, on the pension·roll at the rate of forty dollars per month; said pension to begin at the date of the ap_%r%valbof this act, and to be in lieu of all other pensions granted the sai ry arger.
