Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Samuel H. Moer, States of America in Congress assembled, That the proper accounting AQ•=•>¤¤*¤ *0 M officers of the Treasury be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed, 3Q:::,';‘;df°' f““d*’ in the settlement and adjustments of the accounts of Samuel H. Moer, ` deceased, to allow credit for the disbursement of the public funds disbursed by him under the authority of William Gilpin, late governor of Colorado Territory, of the amount with which he now stands charged upon the books of the Treasury, upon satisfactory evidence being furnished of the actual disbursement of said funds for the beuelit of the public service. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, au- “’¥""‘°“‘“*""*’ °*· thorized and directed, upon such settlement and adjustment being made as aforesaid, to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the heirs or legal representatives of the said Samuel H. Moor the pay and allowances due him by reason of his services as captain and assistant quartermaster of volunteers during the late war, and withheld on account of nonsettlement of his accounts. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Alexander Wor- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury rail- bc, and heis hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money P°$""°“* *°· in the Treasury_not otherwise appropriated, to Alexander Worrall the sum of six hundred and seventy-six dollars and thirty-three cents. for the purpose of refunding and repaying to him the amount of judgment recovered from him for damages for the occupation of a property in the State of Virginia, the said damages having been recovered for occupation by the owner of said property during a period when said Worrall rented said property from the Government of the United States and paid rent therefor. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Philip Taylor. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, CP M sv ¤f ¢1¤· and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the records to be so '°"*"’" ‘°'"°"d· amended as to remove the charge ** deserted September twenty-ilrst (and October tenth), eighteen hundred and sixty three" from the military record of Philip Taylor, late a member of Company B, of the One hundred and fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers and "discharged July twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, ro enlist in Company D, Second Maryland Cavalry " and to issue to him an honorable discharge from said Company B.
