P°“"‘°“· terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension - laws, the name of Patrick Murphy, late a seaman in the United States Navy. Payton, late a private in Company I, Eighteenth Illinois Volunteer Infantry, on the pensiou·roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws of the United States. Doggett- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- P°“’*“’“· rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pensionroll the name of John E. Doggett, son of George R. Doggett, late a private in Company L, Eighth Indiana Cavalry, as a dependent child of said soldier, and pay him a. pension oi' twelve dollars a month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
