Bc it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives cj the United _Bebecca Hol- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- “;'g°"°”b H‘"“‘ terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P {Zi,:;,,,, pension-roll the name of Rebecca Hollingsworth Humphreys, widow of ` Brigadier-General Andrew Atkinson Humphreys, deceased, late Chief of Engineers and brevet major-general of the United States Army, and to pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month.
