States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- P<>¤¤w¤· terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Louise Paul, widow of Brigadier—General Gabriel R. Paul, deceased, late of the United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month from Wud after the passage of this act. Approved, August 4, 1886.
