Wells.APN ii 1888- Be it enacted by the_Senate and House of Representatives of the Un ated States of America n Congress assembled, That the Secretary M'~"-V1, F8h§’°“¤· of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to lace ` on the pension-roll. subject to the provisions and limitations ol) the pension laws, the name of Mary S. _WelIs, widow of the late Rear- Admiral Clark H. Wells, of the United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month ; said pension to be in 1eu of any pension she may now be receiving. Approved, April 1-L, 1888. CHAP. 106.-An act granting a pension to Clarissa Harvey. Approved, April 14, 1888. CHAP. 110.-An act to increase the pension of Thomas F. Townsend. APT I6- 1888 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase . the pension of Thomas F. Townsend, late of Company B, Thirt -first Indiana Volunteers, to forty-five dollars per mouth, from andy after the passage of this act. Approved, April 16, 1888. CHAP. 111.-An act granting an increase of pension to Albert G. Fifield. AP"! '°· *8** Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Arnerica in Congress assembled. Fitield, late a private in the Twelfth Regiment Wew Hampshire Volunteers, from thirty-six dollars to forty-five per month, rom and after the passage of this act. ‘ Approved, April 16, 1888. CHAP. 112.-An act for the relief of Mary Morford. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States ofeimerica i n Congress assembled, That the Secretary ¥.;",,",Z§.,”‘£"'°"L of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Morford, of Unionville, Tascola County, State of Michigan, widow of Richard A. Morford, late of Company H, One hundred and forty-fifth Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers. Approved, April 16, 1888.
