Re it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America i n Congress assembled, That the Secretary §¤¤T Dull · of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place gw0D' upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Mary Dull, late nurse of Ninety- seventh Regiment of Illinois Volunteers, and pay her a pension of sixteen dollars per month. Approved, Anril 20, 1888. CHAP. 148.-An act granting a. pension to Mrs. Martha M. Bagley. Al>1‘ll20~ lB88· Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America i n, Congress assembled, That the Secretary ¥;{sF1l;*;M· B¤8l°Y- of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place ' on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the " ppnsion laws, the name of Mrs. Martha M. Bagley, widow of Charles . Bagley, deceased, late of Company A, Fifteenth New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry. Approved, April 20, 1888. CHAP. 149.--An act granting a pension to Albert Nevin. April 20. 18889 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary glc§_gl¥g,§,’j]‘Q¤· ·, of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Albert Nevin, latea private in Company K, Ninety-second New York Volunteers, upon the pension—rol at the rate of forty- tive dollars per month, in lieu of the twenty-five dollars per month heretofore a lowed him, the said increase of pension to commence from the passage of this act, subject to the limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 20, 1888. CHAP. 150.-An act granting a pension to Mrs. Delilah A gard. APrll20.1888. CHAP. 151.-An act granting an increase of pension to Mary K. Taylor. April 20. 1888. Taylor, widow of George W. Taylor, me a. brigadier-general in the United States Army, at the rate of fift dollars per month, in lieu of the amount now received by her unrler the law.
