Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Smith v. csmpbeu. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°““'°"‘ of the Interior be, and he is hereby, instructed to place the name of Smith V. Campbell, late assistant sureeon of Twenty third Iowa Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-rol , subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws of the United States. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the ¤¤¤*eR*>¤*¤ United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°°°°°' of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place - on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Leah Roark, widow of Yancy Roark, late a private of T.
