Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary {é•!&G·=rm¤¤- of the Interior be, and that he is hereby, authorized and directed to °°' place on the pension-roll, subject to the rovisions of the ension laws, the name of John German, ather of Fhilip German, deceased, formerly of Company G, Twenty-fourth Illinois Infantry.
