Ilra Adams of Davidson County Tennessee, P » Y YYY _ _ the sum of one hundred and eighty-eight dollars and ten cents, the said sum being the amount in full compensation for certain internalrevenue stamps bought and paid for by said J. Harry Adams, to be aflixed to certain packages of spirits, which packages were destroyed by fire in a Government bonded warehouse efore the stamps were affixed thereto. Approved, February 25, 1889. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°““‘°“‘ of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place ` on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary C. Thompson, widow of the late octor Fillmore Thompson, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, who was chief guide to the expedition of General Frederick Steele, during the spring of the year eig teen hundred and sixty-four, undertaken for the purpose o co-operating with General Banks, and who lost his life by reasop of exposure in said service, at the rate of twelve dollars per mont . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the €1l;ehl<;i¤¤¤Wy¤¤¢- United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary °” '”°"”°°‘ of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Wynne, late a private of Company C, Second Regiment United States Infantry, and to pay him a pension of thirty-five dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
