Coolléy. · Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Ami n. owner. United States of America i n Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°°”°” "“°"°”°°L of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the _ pension laws, the name of Ann E. Cooney, a volunteer Army_ nurse uring the late rebellion, and pay her, during life, a pension of twenty-five dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act, v¤L24,p.ss2. in lieu of the pension now received by her.
