Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the . United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Isaac Endaly; a private in Captain Smith’s Company o Tennessee Militia, in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve between the United States and Great Britain, to fifty dollars per month, subgect to the limitations and provisions of the general pension laws, the said Isaac Endaly being over ninety-eight years of age and destitute of means of sup`port,·except the pension now received by him, and in feeble healt . Sec. 2. That this act shall take effect from and after its passage. Approved, March 27, 1890.
