Allen McCormick, late a private in omlpany F. Ninety-eiglith Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay Ilhll a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month, for total isability of left arm, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, August 19, 1890. CHAP. 811.-An act for the relief of David L. Truex. A¤8¤¤° l9· i890· Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary L '1‘¤¤¤ of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to °°' place on the pension-roll, 'subject to the provisions and limitations of the 'lpension laws, the name of David L. Truex, dependent son of John ruex, late a private in Comlpanly D, Eighty-Second Indiana Volunteers, and pay him, through is egally constituted guardian, at the rate of eig teen dollars per month. _ Approved, August 19, 1890.
