Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Elizabeth Rumser United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°"‘°” of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to theprovisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth umsep, late volunteer army nurse, and pay her a pension at the rate of twe ve dollars per month. Approved, September 30, 1890. _ September 30,1990- CHAP. 1204.-An act granting a pension to Benjamin F. Brown. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rgpresentatifves of the Benjamin F.Br0w¤- United States of America in Congress assemble , That the Secretary P°"S'°'“ of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Benjamin F. Brown, late second lieutenant of the First New Hampshire Volunteers, at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, September 30, 1890. l September 30, 1890. CHAP. 1205.-Au act granting a pension to Amanda M. Smyth. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Amnpdau Smyth United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary I "mm of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to lace on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations ol) the pension laws, the name of Aman a M. Smyth, widow of the late rigadier-General Thomas A. Smyth, of the United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the rate of thirty dollars per month which she is now receiving.
