Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Elizabeth Rumser United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°"‘°” of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to theprovisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth umsep, late volunteer army nurse, and pay her a pension at the rate of twe ve dollars per month. Smyth, widow of the late rigadier-General Thomas A. Smyth, of the United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the rate of thirty dollars per month which she is now receiving.
