Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the hglgg United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ' of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of William W. Bliss, late a first lieutenant of Company G, Forty-ninth Illinois Volunteers, at the rate of forty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, September 30, 1890. September a0, 1890. CHAP. 1224.-An act granting an increase of pension to Emily F. Warren. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Emily rzwsnen. Warren, widow of . K.
