Re it enacted by the_Senate and House of Rgpresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assemble ., That the Secretary SWPP°¤PKearneY. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay P°"“‘°" "‘°'”°”°d· to Stephen L. Kearney, late First Lieutenant Third Regiment United States Colored Troops, a pension of twenty-five dollars, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, December 15, 1890. CHAP. 17.——An act granting a pension to J erusha P. Harding. December 15,18M. Re it enacted by the Senate and House of Rgpresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assemble , That the Secretary Je¤·¤m¤rAn·d1¤g. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to lace the name of P°”i°°` J erusha P. Harding, dependent foster-mother of QlVi]liam L. Harding, late a private in Company E, Forty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-roll, and grant her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, December 15, 1890. " CHAP. 18.-An act granting a pension to Mary Jane Blackledge. 15, 1890. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Mary Jane emerof the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to lace on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations oi) the nsion-laws, the name of Mary ane Blackledge, late widow of gborge Goodman, a private in Company F, Twenty-fourth Regiment of Iowa Volunteers. Approved, December 15, 1890. CHAP. 19.-—An act granting an increase of pension to John S. Ferguson. Mmmm, ,5_ m0_ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States ez America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Jenn s. rei-gmn. of the Interior e, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to lace P*=¤¤*°¤ *9°¤•¤¤¤· on the ension-roll John S. Ferguson, of Keokuk, Iowa, late of Company F, twenty-eighth Regiment of Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of seventy-two dollars a month, in lieu of thirty- six dollars a month now allowed said Ferguson for disability arising from loss of right arm at the elbow, partial deafness from concussion, and the sgell wound received by him on April eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, in the battle of Sabine ross oads, Louisiana.
