Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Mary D.J0nes. of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on P°“’*°”· the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary D. Jones, late volunteer nurse during the cgyil war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per mont . Approved, February 28, 1891. . CHAP. 419.-An act granting a pension to Sarah A. Phelps. 1¤eb1-um-y 28, 1891. Phelps, widow of William L. dell, late of Complany E, Second Tennessee Regiment Volunteers, the said Sarah A. P elps, havinglafter the death o William L. Holdren, deceased, late a private o Company K, in the E1ghty· fourth Regiment of Indiana olunteers, in the war of the rebe lion, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
