Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Agnes o.Ju¤c¤. of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place P°““‘°"· on the pension roll, subject to the provisions of the pension law, the name 0 Agnes C. J unot, widow of Charles Junot, a soldier of the Florida. war, and a pensioner under act of Congress approved October Vol. 25. v. 1214- sixteenth, anno Domini eighteen hundred an eighty~eight, and pay her at the rate of twelve dollars a month. Approved, March 3, 1891. CHAP. 600.-An act pensioning John George. March 3, 1891. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary John George. of the Interior be authorized to place on the pension-roll, subgect to P°"“*°‘* the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name 0 John George, dependent father of Lafayette George, late of Company H, Fourteenth Illinois Volunteers, now deceased. Residence of father is at Ingalls, Kansas. Approved, March 3, 1891. CHAP. Q01.-An act granting a pensionto Elizabeth R. Lee, widow of Samuel Perry Lee, late major of the Third Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and brevet colonel United States volunteers, and major and brevet lieutenant-colonel of the United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month from the date of the passage of this act. Brand, rector of Saint Mary’s Protestant Episooipal Church, in the County of Harford, State of Maryland, out o any money not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and twenty-six dollars and eighty-two cents, it being the amount of duty paid by him in Acpril, eighteen hundred and seventy-five, on paintings on glass inten ed, and imported for, and used in a window in said church.
