Merch 3.1891- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o£`€America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary William of the Interior , and is hereby, authorized to place upon the pension P°“*“°“ “‘°'°“°d·· rolls, the name of William Martin, of Fremont, Nebraska, a veteran of .the Mexican war, and pay him a pension of fifty dollars {per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving un er certi cate numbered forty-nine hundred and eighty-one.
