CHAP. 5.-An act to amend the first section of an act approved June third, February 4, 1890. eighteen hundred and eight;-four, entitled "An act to amen sections four, five, ’*‘“*‘""’ and mne of an act approved ebruary twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy- nine, entitled ‘A.n act to create the northern judicial district of the State of Texas, and to changethe eastern and western judicial districts of said State, and to fix the time and places for holding courts m said districts,’ and toprovide for hdding terms of the conut of the western district of Texas at the city of El Paso, and for other purposes! and for er purposes." _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House og .Representati’ves of the United States of America in Congress assem led, That the first sec- *¤¤*=¤¤¤H 1¤—~ tion of an act approved June third, eighteen hundred and eighty- rem or sdm,. ‘ four, entitled " act to amend sections four, five, and nine of an ‘{g};§,#g;§‘§b__ act approved February twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy- ' nine, entitled ‘An act to create the northern judicial district of the State of Texas, and to change the eastern and western jludicial districts of said State, and to fix the time and Iplaces for olding - courts in said districts,’ and to provide for ho ding terms of the court of the western judicial district of Texas at the city of El Paso, and for other purposes," is hereby amended so as to read as follows : "That the ourth section of an act approved February twenty- fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, entitled ‘ An act to create the northern judicial district of the State of Texas, and to change the eastern and western djudicial districts of said State, and to Ex the time and places of hol ing courts in said districts, ’ is hereby amended as follows: "SEc. 4. That the courts in the western judicial district shall be .u held twice in each year at Brownsville, San Antonio, the cit of El San smuaé. Paso, and Austin. The courts shall be held at the city of drowns- {Q};?- ville on the first Mondafy in January and the second Monday in June; at San Antonio on the rst Mondays in May and November; at the _ city of El Paso on the first Mondays in Alpril and October; at Austin on the first Mondays in February and uly." ` Sec. 2. That all writs, processes, pleas, recognizances, and bonds Pr¤¤¤¤¤.<>w. made or returnable to the terms of said courts, as now provided by law shall be considered as taken and returnable to the terms established by this act. Sec. 3. That all laws and parts of laws inconflict with this act are hereby repealed.` Approved, February 4, 1890.
