Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Louis Badger. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°““‘°" "‘°'°““°‘ Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls the name of Louis Badger, late of the Fourth Indiana Cavalry, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receivmg. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United -},*}:3 gw"- ,_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of John D. Prator, of Magnolia, Arkansas, who served in Captain Allen’s Company from the State of Georgia, Indian war, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, to fifteen dollars per month. Approved, July 27, 1892. J"]! 27- CHAP. 288.-An act to pension Reuben Riggs. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United mP!¤ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Reuben Riggs, of Locust Bayou, Calhoun County, Arkansas, who served as a private inCaptain McDavid’s Company H, Snodgrass’s Regiment, North Alabama Mounted Volunteers, Florida war, and pay him a pension of twelve dollars per month. Bccrbower, of W;-st Virginia, widow of Jesse Beerbower, assistant surgeon of Third Potomac Home Brigade, in the late war, and her pension shall commence with the approval ot this act.
