Department, and seventeen hundred and fifty copies for the use of the ‘ Attorney-General, said digest to be printed under the editorial supervision of Robert M. Cousar, and the editing to be paid for out of any Appropriation for moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, on the direction of °°‘°‘“" the Attorney-General at a price not to exceed two thousand dollars, which sum is hereby appropriated, and is to bein full payment for said work, except the cost of printing and binding the same.
