Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all real estate lying in Abmhn¤D.Pri¤¤¤. the District of Columbia heretofore purchased by and conveyed to .,,,E°§§3,‘;°{.f,‘f,,},’}‘,',{ Abraham D. Prince be, and the same is hereby, relieved and exempted fqglf;4 ¤i•·¤ggfrom the operations of an Act entitled “An Act to restrict the owner-"' ` ship of real estate in the Territories to American citizens,” approved March third, anno Domini eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and all forfeitures incurred by force of said Act in respect to such real estate be, and the same are hereby, remitted. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Bmw- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ' pension roll, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Elizabeth Brower, formerly a hospital nurse in the war of the rebellion, and to pay the same to her duly appointed guardian or committee. Approved, February 21, 1895. CHAP 11'l.—An Act To repeal the special Act granting a pension to Louisa M. F¤br¤lry 21. 1895- Sippell. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act entitled “An miul- Sim>•11· Act granting a pension to Louisa M. Sippell, widow of William E. Sip- ,i.,,, NW ’°"' pell, of Company H., Thirteenth Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infan- V°l· ·v· imtry,” approved September twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and ninety, be, and the same is hereby, repealed. Approved, February 21, 1895. CHAP. 118.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Julia Weeks. February :1, ID6. Bc it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Jun. wan. Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pen- "°“’°“ "°"°'“’°"· sion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Julia Weeks, of Allegan, Michigan, widow of Captain Harrison S. Weeks, Eighth Cavalry, and pay her a pension of thirty dollars per month, the same to bein lieu of the pension now drawn by her. Approved, February 21, 1895. CHAP. 119.--An Act To pension Mrs. Mary L. Clark. Fhbmsry 21. 1895- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the M¤y1·- Clark- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the I""*““‘ pension rolls, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and regulations of the general pension laws, the name of Mrs. Mary L. Clark, of Cottonwood Falls, Kansas, the stepmother of James K. Clark, who was a private in Company A, One hundred and tenth Regiment Illinois Volunteers. Approved, February 21, 1895.
