CHAP. 188.-——_An Act Making appropriations for current and contingent expenses of the Indian Department and inlfilling treaty stipulations with various Indian tribes for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, and for other purposes. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ,,,g‘{*;‘;,';,,0],?,§,*,§§,j,Y‘ States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums be, and they are hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying the current and contingent expenses of the Indian Department for the year ending June thirtieth, eighteen hundred aud ninety-six, and fulfilling treaty stipulations for the various Indian tribes, namely: PAY OF INDIAN AGENTS.
