Mnwh 2, 1899- CHAP. 369.—A11 Act To amend section three of an Act entitled "An Act to W change the time and places for the district and circuit courts of the northern district of Texas," approved June eleventh, eighteen hundred and ninety-six. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ,,%P“ j‘““°'m °‘“’ States of America in Congress assembled, That section three of the Act T¤¤¤¤f¤r ¤f r¤¤<1i¤§ entitled “An Act to change the time and places for the district and cir- €,°§§`§;m"Xf,°:'§§,_ “" cuit courts of the northern district of Texas " be so amended as to read ‘ “L 2°·P·*5°· as follows: “That all actions or proceedings now pending in the courts of the northern or western district of Texas against parties residing in either of the counties from which process is made returnable to the courts to be held at Fort Worth, San Angelo, and Abilene, respectively, may,'on the application of either party to such actions or proceedings, be transferred to the court at which said proceedings would be returnable as provided in this Act; and in case of such transfer all papers and nies therein, with copies of all journal entries, shall be transferred to the office of the deputy clerk of the said court, and the same shall proceed in all respects as if originally commenced in Said court."
